How to Use
Run warm water on my face while in the shower for a few minutes to prep the skin. Mix about one teaspoon of powder and water in my palm to form a soft mousse. If I'm doing my neck, chest, decolletage area, and shoulder, I will activate a larger amount of mud to mousse. Massage and work the mud onto warm and wet skin, then leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing off. I will spend extra time rinsing off the mud while continuing to massage to shed dead skin further.
I use the Exfoliating Facial Mud 2-3 times per week. If you have sensitive skin, reduce it to 1-2 times per week.
